113 Botanicals’ facilities are based over two UK sites and comprise of a dedicated R&D laboratory, on-site at the University of Sussex, and a new state-of-the-art Production Facility.
The Research and Development Laboratory
Based at the University of Sussex, 113 Botanicals’ Research and Development Laboratory brings together a talented multi-disciplinary team dedicated to progressing research outcomes in the field of CBPMs.
- Dedicated licensed laboratory, situated within the School of Life Sciences since 2020
- Extensive state-of-the-art university facilities including, fully equipped analytical and drug formulation laboratories, mechanical and electrical engineering, computing/IT facilities and extensive library services combining together to give us with the perfect framework and apparatus to work collaboratively on this unique opportunity.
The Production Facility
113 Botanicals’ new state-of-the-art UK based production facility has been designed to meet stringent EU-GMP standards and houses our innovative extraction machinery and formulation production technology.
- The facility has been specifically designed to take the plant biomass through our unique manufacturing processes to reach final finished product stage.
- The site features hi-tech QC/ analytical laboratory areas to ensure quality control and compliance and offers further specialist R&D and workshop spaces to work in tandem with our research facilities at the University of Sussex.
Manufacturing
The 113 Production Facility was completed in 2023 and has been specifically designed to meet stringent EU-GMP standards .
